Umoja Markets is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to individual transactions between users. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers
• We are not liable for product quality or delivery failures
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

4. User Conduct

5. Termination of Service

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Sections regarding limitations of liability, indemnification, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will continue after termination.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team. Outstanding obligations and liabilities survive account cancellation.
